Our Academy U9 squad played a friendly match against a local team Piltown A.F.C on Saturday afternoon at 3pm in Ashgrove, Mooncoin.

Welcoming Piltown academy u9s to Ashgrove for this wee blitz was a great way to kick start the new year.

Cold as it was, over 40 kids from both clubs put on a great show with goals flying in by the bucket load.

Big thanks to Eddie and the lads for the games and also to parents of all the kids for braving the cold.
