This year’s pub’s league kicked off in glorious conditions in Ashgrove this evening. The Mansion House and Comerfords B went toe to toe with the more experienced Comerfords side easing through 2-1 with some impressive displays from non League players John Hearne and Karl Conway. They face the holders Doyle’s Saturday evening at 7.15.
Tomorrow evening sees a local derby with Comerfords A facing The Royal Oak at 6.45.
The second game we welcome Brady’s from John’s Park who face The Auld Rogue from Carrick at 8.00.
